About
In our home, chai was never rushed.
It was made slowly. Watched closely.
Cardamom crushed just enough.
Milk warmed carefully.
Spice balanced exactly right.
Pooja Rai, Mother of two, has a high palate. If the chai was even slightly off, she knew.
So her Children learned to make it properly — not just hot tea, but chai that felt complete.
And chai was never alone.
There were always small snacks beside it. Something sweet. Something grounding. Something shared.

Growing up, Pooja Rai was a single mother raising two children in a hard and noisy world. In the middle of it all, tea time became sacred. It was a moment of pause. A moment of care. Swaraj and his Sister, Aishwarya, would put real love and intention into making her the perfect cup of chai, because that small ritual meant something big in our home.
Noor Squares comes from that feeling.
We wanted to create something that belongs beside a hot cup of chai or coffee. Something comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely good for you. A snack to share with a loved one, or enjoy in a quiet moment to yourself. Something that carries the same warmth, devotion, and familiarity that shaped us growing up.
That is what Noor Squares is about: honoring tea time with food that feels both familiar and better.
That ritual followed us everywhere.
Noor Squares is co-founded by a mother and son — with Pooja in Dubai and Swaraj in New York — building a brand that carries the same familiar pause across borders.

Noor began with a simple idea:
what if those tea-time accompaniments could feel familiar — and still better?
We tested drizzles, swirls, and richer finishes. And then we pulled back. Less chocolate. More warmth. More halwa-like. More grounded—true to South Asian palates. The result is a steady, satisfying bite made for chai.
Noor Squares are tea-time inspired snack squares, built around that ritual.
Chai spices. A steady bite. Protein and fiber, made simple.
Made for afternoons that deserve a pause — at home or on the go.
Because good food should feel familiar, not forced.
Made in small batches in NYC — guided by a mother's palate and a shared tea-time tradition.
Rooted in South Asian tea culture. Built for modern life.
