Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). During launches, restocks, or high-volume weeks, processing may take a bit longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.95
  • Free shipping on orders $70+ (after discounts, before taxes)

Local pickup (NYC)
Local pickup is available in NYC. Pickup is typically Friday–Saturday. After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the pickup window.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Tracking + delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the documentation listed in our Refund & Replacement Policy. We may require photos before we can approve a replacement or credit.

Carrier claims
Damage documentation helps us file a claim with the carrier. If a claim cannot be supported due to missing or late documentation, we may not be able to approve a resolution.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members/building staff and contact the carrier first. If it still can’t be found, email us and we’ll help you troubleshoot, but we can’t guarantee replacements for carrier-confirmed delivered packages.
