Welcome to Noor Squares (“Noor Squares,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting or purchasing from noorsquares.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility + Use of the Site

You agree you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence and that you will use the Site lawfully. You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Site security.

2) Products, Food Notice + Allergens

Noor Squares are food products made in small batches. Ingredients and nutrition information may be updated from time to time. Always review the product packaging for the most current information.

Allergen notice: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredient information carefully before purchasing. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are responsible for checking ingredient/allergen information and determining suitability for your needs.

3) Orders + Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion (including due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or shipping constraints). If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4) Pricing + Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

5) Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount, including shipping and taxes.

We reserve the right to request additional verification for orders that appear high-risk (including identity and payment verification). We may cancel or refuse any order we suspect to be fraudulent. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend future orders and provide relevant order and delivery documentation to the payment processor to contest the chargeback.

6) Shipping, Delivery + Local Pickup

Shipping options, rates, free-shipping thresholds, and processing timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.

If local pickup is offered, pickup windows and instructions will be provided by email. You are responsible for timely pickup. If you miss the pickup window, we may require rescheduling and/or additional handling fees where permitted.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, power outages, labor shortages/strikes, supply interruptions, public health events, or government actions.

7) Returns, Refunds + Replacements (All Sales Final)

Because Noor Squares are food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our resolution process is described in our Refund & Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may require documentation (including photos) within the stated claim window as a condition of resolution.

8) Promotions + Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. We may modify, pause, or end promotions at any time. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to misuse promotions.

9) Subscriptions (if applicable)

If we offer subscriptions in the future, subscription terms (billing frequency, renewals, cancellations) will be presented at checkout and will apply in addition to these Terms.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, designs, text, images, videos, and trademarks) is owned by Noor Squares or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission.

11) User Content (Reviews, Messages, Submissions)

If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for business purposes (e.g., testimonials, marketing), unless prohibited by law. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

12) Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for dietary or health-related questions.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor Squares and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.

In any event, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noor Squares from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in courts located in New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by law.

16)  Mobile Terms of Service

The Noor Squares mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Noor Squares (“Noor Squares”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Noor Squares’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Noor Squares through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Noor Squares. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18556105332 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Noor Squares mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
