Refund & Replacement Policy
Because Noor Squares are food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
We’ll offer a replacement or store credit if your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item.

Claim window
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

Required documentation
Please email noorsquares@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the shipping label on the box
  3. Photos of the outer box damage (if any)
  4. Photos of the inner packaging + the product(s) clearly showing the issue

Requests missing this documentation may be denied.

What we’ll do
If approved, we will provide one of the following, at our discretion:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • store credit equal to the item value
    Refunds are issued only when replacement is not available.

Limitations
We do not cover issues resulting from:

  • incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • packages marked Delivered but missing (see Shipping Policy)
  • orders shipped to freight forwarders or re-shippers
  • preference-based reasons (taste, texture, “not what I expected”)
  • We may limit resolutions to one damage-claim approval per customer/address within a 12-month period.
